I dyed my hair and the color is fading!!?

So, I dyed my hair and it's already washing out. I used red-ken for color treated hair, L'Oreal for color treated hair, and it still washes out. It's suppose to be permanent hair dye. My hair is black/brown naturally so I had to get my hair bleached because I had wanted blue highlights which I loved but again, color didn't last no longer than three weeks. I don't know what to do. Need Diet advice please..?

I am a 296 pound person. I went to a nutritionist last week and since then I have changed my diet to his opinion. I have currently started walking around the lake for 45 minutes after work because I cannot do much because I wear prosthetic legs. For breakfast I eat cereal or oatmeal. For lunch I eat brown rice, vegetables, beans and yogurt along with a handful of some pistachios or almonds. For dinner I have eaten a cup of brown rice , cup of vegetables or beans or on occasion some of amys organic frozen meals or maybe a veggy burger. As a late night snack maybe a weight watchers frozen treat or the baby bannanas dunked in dairy free chocolate bc he wants me to have a after dinner snack. I am not sure if this is wrong or should I be exercise after I eat also? The nutrionist who has his own book and much success with others I know pushes the 70% starch diet because the rest of the world eats similar. Please any advice helps.

i guess it sounds ok, but maybe lacking a bit in iron. you should add more greens to your diet. some greens you need fat to help you absorb, so i like to sautee my spinach in a bit of extra virgin olive oil. other than that, i would cut out the diet soda if its a cola. diet or not it is really bad for you. i just recently read a study that said the caramel coloring in colas was shown to cause cancer.

Recently my incredibly weird half brother has been imprisoned (again) and my Father seems to bend over backwards to help him get on his feet. I am 5' 6'' and 115 and i have never lost my period. if you do a lot of running you should do some other forms of cardio cause female runners usually lose their periods even at a healthy weight. your weight is healthy and your meals seem healthy. i feel guilty all the time from eating badly. i eat healthy all week and then on Friday and Saturday eat some chips and salsa and stuff and feel so guilty. being healthy mentally is just as important physically. your meals seem really healthy and every one needs to have some "guilty pleasures" mine is chips and salsa and popsicles :). eating nuts as a snack is usually a bit high in calories but they are really good for you. think about all the people who drink tons of soda and eat pop tarts, bagels with cream cheese or bacon and toast for breakfast? you are doing really really good and don't feel so guilty or it will be in vain. whats the point in being healthy and miserable? you can email me if you want =) i struggle with guilt from eating a lot and we could talk about it and things we do to help. im 15 btw. oh and if you really like peanut butter try toasting 1 cup of peanuts with 1 tbsp oil and then blending it with 1 tsp honey and a little bit of water. its a bit crumbly but its good for you (no preservatives or artificial stuff) and its only 63 cal per tbsp compared to 90-100 for normal peanut butter

Chinchillas are ADORABLE! I have a chinchilla, hamster and kitten. My chinchilla, Oreo, is the sweetest thing. She's fluffy and soft, active and sweet, and loves to cuddle. However not every animal is the same. Some chinchillas are shy, some aren't well socialized, but most are friendly and cuddly. Ferrets are adorable too, but I have to say I like chinchillas more. There's only one not-so-great thing about chinchillas, and it's they poop a LOT. But they're relatively healthy and happy pets. Not every animal is perfect! :) Hope I helped!

Why do so many people use akuma instead of ryu?

I went to a nutritionist and I was wondering if what he said is ok. I am a 297 pound individual who hardly got any exercise. After seeing the nutritionist for the last few days I have began to walk 45 minutes a day around a lake. I also have stuck with cereal or oatmeal in the morning. Brown rice and organic beans along with yogurt and pistachios for lunch. And for dinner I have gone with either brown rice and beans or vegetables and some whole wheat bread or maybe a veggy burger. Also including a late night stack of fruit or a weight watchers frozen treat. Overall I am trying to life of a vegetarian because i need a change in life. How many times a day can I eat a handful of nuts to GAIN weight?

I have a mix of almonds, roasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, cashews, walnuts and pistachios. How many handfuls of that mix can I eat per day? I am eating six meals a day INCLUDING the nuts.

Issues with eating only nuts?

My diet is currently completely comprised by nuts aside from one meal each day. I probably ingest between 600 and 800 calories of nuts per day (usually almonds and/or pistachios) and have one meal around dinner time of about 600 calories. I know nuts are healthy, but with over half my diet being made up of nuts, im kind of worried about the fat content. while nuts are a good source of protein and fiber, theyre also extremely high in fat. i feel like i eat more fat than carbs or proteins. are there any consequences for this, or should I be okay? I havent been feeling any differently since I started eating this way (about a week ago), but I dont want to hurt myself. Any insight would be good. thanks :D

I am a 296 pound person. I went to a nutritionist last week and since then I have changed my diet to his opinion. I have currently started walking around the lake for 45 minutes after work because I cannot do much because I wear prosthetic legs. For breakfast I eat cereal or oatmeal. For lunch I eat brown rice, vegetables, beans and yogurt along with a handful of some pistachios or almonds. For dinner I have eaten a cup of brown rice , cup of vegetables or beans or on occasion some of amys organic frozen meals or maybe a veggy burger. As a late night snack maybe a weight watchers frozen treat or the baby bannanas dunked in dairy free chocolate bc he wants me to have a after dinner snack. I am not sure if this is wrong or should I be exercise after I eat also? The nutrionist who has his own book and much success with others I know pushes the 70% starch diet because the rest of the world eats similar. Please any advice helps.

I'm really pale and I get dizzy when I stand up, and I think it's because I'm not getting enough iron, probably related to being a vegetarian, but today my mom bought a bag of dark chocolate squares (60% cacao) and I usually never eat chocolate, especially dark which is my favorite, so I had a bunch of those. I then looked at the nutritional information and each square had 5 percent your daily iron and I swear I had at LEAST 15 squares, probably 20 (they were small squares, 4 of them was approximately the size of an average Hershey's bar) so that's like 100% of my day's iron right there, plus all the other food I had like pistachios, a banana, blueberries, bean-and-lentil soup, and a piece of string cheese. Will that help? I don't want to be anemic. I mean I like being pale (I think it flatters my coloring) but I'd rather use sunscreen than risk my health. What else should I eat, like what can I do to help? I don't know about paying for therapy but i do sympathize. Maybe its time to focus on yourself and not worry about a man. Not every guy is the same as your father/stepfather type people. before you can have a good relationship you have to learn to respect yourself. what happened is not your fault, you were a child, it was the responsibility of your parents to care for YOUR needs. I had a similarly bad childhood and now i have kids. So i can take solace in giving them the care i was not given. Your best bet would be to buy auto tint. You can get from 10% to 100% (100% will not let any light in). You can apply this to your windows easily and it's not very expensive. I have a Acer Aspire 5551-4200 laptop. Right now I keep the battery in the fridge and run on the power cord full time. I don't give a hoot about saving energy. My only concern is what's best to preserve and prolong the life of my laptop and prevent damage to it from overheating. My previous laptop, a Dell, died from repeated and prolonged overheating, and I want to preserve this laptop as long as might be possible. I could configure the Power Options so it never turns the display off, never sleeps, and doesn't do anything when I close the lid, but that would eventually lead to overheating like it did on my Dell. On the Dell I had no choice because I didn't have a battery. The battery conked out after only about twelve or thirteen months. I keep this battery, a lithium ion, in cold storage at about a 40% charge when I'm not using it, because I want it to last. So I pretty much keep the Power Options on the factory defaults. The problem is that the darn thing cuts off or goes to sleep or whatever the heck it does while I'm trying to run a McAfee full virus scan, or charge my digital media player, or some such task that lasts more than a half hour or so. I'll set it to do one of the above or something similar and come back later and it'll be dark, and when I wake it back up the scan will have paused in progress, or the digital media player will have stopped charging, yadda-yadda-yadda. So does anyone ken my problem? Can anyone suggest the best Power Option settings so I can keep the darn thing awake long enough to finish what I thought I asked it to do and still have minimal long term detrimental effect on "my poor, poor bairns" motherboard.

I agree with the above answer that writing your dreams down after they've woke you up may help you make sense of it all. And I also agree with the other comment in the sense that, although you have suffered all this loss and pain, you are still here. Make a difference, raise money for the cause to defeat the illness that took your loved ones (Huntington's Disease Association) so that you can feel proud in the fact you may have spared someone else the same pain that you've felt. I recommend you see another psychologist for tips on how to help her so she can cope with school, to be honest it sounds to me like she may have some type of anxiety disorder, try teaching her breathing techniques and other calming exercises because she needs a coping strategy, she can't avoid these things forever. this may sound harsh but there is a type of therapy that involves facing fears, she seems to be very afraid of death and pain, are there any places where she can experience these things (I don't mean torture her) like an old jail or something? she needs to learn how to overcome this and I'm sure you'll find the right way for her, it could take some time though.

ok so i have been dating this guy for a ouple of months, hes everything i have ever wnated except one thing.. and to be honest i dont know what it is.
