Most of these are known irritants or allergens. Processed foods contain may ingredients that are not natural and irritating to the body. If you would like to continue eating any of these foods, try limiting them to very small portions and eat them infrequently. You are probably Blood type O, because all these are also on th avoid list for O's. The chart at the link provided is a bit outdated.
