Is it best to combined foods?

It depends on the servings of each that you eat. Like if you ate half a pear and half an apple, (forgive me if Im wrong) that might not make up for each. It depends on what the nutrients are inside it. So if you mixed the nuts like you said, yes, you would get more benefits then eating more than just 10 of one nut. So I would, but if your big on health, make sure they don't have a lot of sugar or fat in them.
