Help I am feeling guilty about eating?
I am 5' 6'' and 115 and i have never lost my period. if you do a lot of running you should do some other forms of cardio cause female runners usually lose their periods even at a healthy weight. your weight is healthy and your meals seem healthy. i feel guilty all the time from eating badly. i eat healthy all week and then on Friday and Saturday eat some chips and salsa and stuff and feel so guilty. being healthy mentally is just as important physically. your meals seem really healthy and every one needs to have some "guilty pleasures" mine is chips and salsa and popsicles :). eating nuts as a snack is usually a bit high in calories but they are really good for you. think about all the people who drink tons of soda and eat pop tarts, bagels with cream cheese or bacon and toast for breakfast? you are doing really really good and don't feel so guilty or it will be in vain. whats the point in being healthy and miserable? you can email me if you want =) i struggle with guilt from eating a lot and we could talk about it and things we do to help. im 15 btw. oh and if you really like peanut butter try toasting 1 cup of peanuts with 1 tbsp oil and then blending it with 1 tsp honey and a little bit of water. its a bit crumbly but its good for you (no preservatives or artificial stuff) and its only 63 cal per tbsp compared to 90-100 for normal peanut butter
