Did I eat too much today???I am on a diet!?

If those are your *old* eating habits, then you should go back to your old habits. It's all super healthy! Just add 3-5 servings of vegetables and you'd be good. 1000 cals is not enough, you'll just gain it back after you're done with the 60 days, if you eat that little right now.
