Does anyone know the recipe (or ingredients ) to the Bones Salad served at the Bones Restaurant chain?

My husband went last night (business meeting). Loved the Bones Salad. Said it contained spinach, wilted, toasted pistachio and some kind of cheese. Does anyone have this recipe? List of ingredients?
