According to a friend she has acquired a Pistachio painting of a lady, will it be valuable do you think?

actually it is my daughter not just a friend, She phoned and said it was a sleeping lady and had stuff written on the back and dates etc. I need to make enquires.. I hope it is nothing dodgy.. I think she is wrong
