What should I do? (sleep, diet, weight loss tips)?

I'm trying to lose weight. don't answer telling me not to do anything or exercise because I'm not going to. its 1 am and last time i slept was yesterday at 2 for one hour, in the past two days I've lost six lbs and ate a Klondike bar, 5 pistachio nuts, and 2 coffees. would it benefit me more in weight loss if i stayed up one more day without eating or would i lose more if i went to sleep soon and then didn't eat? and i have tons of crushed up diet pills that i was going to put in my drinks but it turns out they don't mix.. and i cannot take pills because of past experiences, what are ways to get them into me?
