Pistachio, peach and chocolate ice cream?

I am trying to think up new ice cream combinations, alternative to chocolate, strawberry, vanilla. Pistachio is a flavor that is underappreciated, but granted pure pistachio can be too much. But combined with the others it could be great. I am imagining a lighter shade of chocolate. Would you like it?
